7pm – Annual Parish Meeting. Our ‘review of the year’ and an opportunity for the Public to ask questions. No decisions get made at this meeting.
7:30pm (or immediately after the Annual Parish Meeting). This is where we appoint the new Council, elect Chair & Vice Chair and set up for the year ahead with some legally adminy stuff that we have to do to demonstrate we’re complaint and are taking due care of the public purse. There will be an opportunity for the Public to participate at the beginning & towards the end of the meeting.
