Every household along the road through Stratton and along the A37 in Grimstone has now been visited, with a call back visit if no one has been home, to ask those who put their bins out on the road if they will put the free road safety and 30mph stickers on their wheelie bins. However, it has not been possible to find everyone at home, so there are still a few households who have not been asked.

Please contact Cllr Cheryl Hobbs at cllr.cheryl.hobbs.stratton.pc@gmail.com or phone 01305 260848 if your bins go out on the above routes and stickers are required.  They will then be delivered and left if no one is at home.

The response to this Parish Council initiative has been extremely positive, with only two households declining.

Thank you to all the householders who are helping to promote road safety in our parish.
