The current Neighbourhood Watch Scheme that has been in operation in Stratton for many years will end, with immediate effect. The Scheme was an information-only one.
This does not mean that Scheme members are left without any crime information as there now exists, on the National Neighbourhood Watch website, the ability for each and every one to set up an individual account to receive specific information according to their need. Stratton Parish Council would like to thank Mr Sean Dillon-White who has administered the scheme for the parish for many years. The Parish Council, on behalf of residents, is very grateful for the time and effort Mr Dillon-White has put into managing the Scheme for all those residents who subscribed to it. The database of users held for this purpose will now be erased.
