Subsequent to the recent advertisment for the position of clerk to Stratton Parish Council, there has been a jump in salary between SCP 9 and 11. The salary quoted in our advert, posted on both the SPC website and Facebook page relates to 2020/2021 when SCP 9 was £20,903 pa or £10.86 per hour and SCP 11 was £21,748 pa or £11.30 per hour. The current rates for SCP 9 are now £23,194 pa or £12.06 per hour and SCP 11 is £24,054 pa or £12.50 per hour, and this is the rate SPC will be paying to the successful applicant.
