Applications are invited for the post of Parish Clerk and Responsible Finance Officer. This is a paid, part-time role working 17.5 hours per month attracting a salary equivalent to SCP 9-11 (£13.06-£13.50 per hour).

The role is home based, with flexible hours.

The  newly elected Council has 4 serving Councillors, with a further 3 posts currently vacant.  The council meets not less than 7 times a year in the evening at the Village Hall.

The Parish Council is seeking to appoint a forward thinking and proactive Parish Clerk to support the work of the Council, and to work closely and actively with the Chair and Vice Chair.

Direct experience and/or a Certificate in Local Council Administration would be desirable, however full training is available via the DAPTC.
